TYS Recruitment is currently looking for a 2nd Stewardess to join a 47m private charter yacht with American owners.

This position is ideal for an experienced 2nd stew or exceptional Chief stew from a 24-30m ready to step up on larger vessels, looking to join an established private program with high service standards. Ideally, you will have strong silver service experience and the ability to work with owners who maintain very high service expectations.
You will be joining a tight-knit professional team of 4 crew members on the interior with excellent communication between Heads of Department. The owners are a normal family-oriented couple with grown children who enjoy entertaining friends and diving activities. During the Chief stew's leave you willl be expected ot step up into that role and be boss on or charter ready.
The role offers extensive training opportunities including silver service, synchronized service, latte art, and themed dining experiences. The vessel operates with 4 stewardesses total and promotes from within where possible. You will need to be adaptable, working with formal silver service, cocktail service, and comprehensive wine service.
The crew environment is close-knit and supportive with mixed nationalities. Social activities include beach days, hiking, and crew dinners, though this is not a party boat.
