Summary
We have a fantastic Private 100m MY looking for a Deckhand to join them by July.
They currently still in the yard but will be launching in July and will be having a short Mediterranean before going back to the yard to fix any small niggling problems. There will then be a Caribbean season to follow
The right candidate will have decent tender driving skills and will be comfortable with guests operations onboard.
The program is massive on nurturing crew and HODs will set individual targets for crew members and have 6 monthly reviews to assess progress.
There is also a great training allowance onboard for those who want to progress in the industry.
The program also has a 13th month bonus scheme.
