REQUIREMENTS: Open to M and F. Valid Schengen in hand. 80m+ experience is a must . Ideally more than just a pastry chef as the role encompasses a lot more than just pastry, they will also assist with the breakfast and other parts of the operation. Good restaurant background is a must.
