Summer: Mediterranean. Winter: United States. An experienced and motivated Second Engineer to join a 60m private sailing yacht currently in Europe with plans to head to the States and possibly the Bahamas for the winter season. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a strong engineering background and a flexible, can-do attitude. Occasional deck support and tender driving will be required, so versatility and teamwork are key. EOOW or Y4
* Previous experience as Second Engineer on a sailing or motor yacht of similar size is preferred
* Good understanding of yacht engineering systems (generators, water makers, pumps, air conditioning, etc.).
* Basic deck knowledge and willingness to assist the deck team when needed.
* Tender driving experience is highly desirable.
* STCW (current), ENG1, and valid visa to work/travel in the U.S.
* Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
$4,500.00pcm - $5,000.00 following a successful probationary period. Full medical. Leave accrued at 4:1. 2 round trip economy flights will be covered by the company to your country of residence. Shared cabin. Opportunity to work with a professional and experienced crew.
