Chief Officer/1st Mate in Spain

Summary

56m private/charter motor yacht urgently needs a Chief Officer for the Med season to start in Menorca on Friday the 13th of June.

Minumum certification:

• Chief Mate 3000GT
• GMDSS (GOC
• ECDIS
• STCW
• Seafarer's medical
• Schengen Visa

Package:

• Competitive salary DOE
• Standard MLC Contract

As we have upcoming charters booked, previous experience as Chief officer or 2nd Officer on yachts is necessary to be considered.

Contract will run until October 2025, with the option to become permanent if candidate is a good fit.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Chief Mate <3000gt
