Seeking an experienced Mate for a 32-meter private motor yacht currently in Denmark.
Mate Position
32m private motor yacht
Permanent position starting ASAP
The yacht will be cruising Scandinavia until mid-July, followed by a return to St. Tropez to support the classic regatta circuit
During the regattas, the vessel acts as a support/hospitality vessel alongside the owner’s sailing yacht
The season will finish in October
The vessel will then be based in Mallorca for winter work
Seeking candidates able to manage and maintain the yacht’s mini-ISM system
Lead passage planning and navigational duties
Maintain the vessel to high aesthetic and operational standards
Operate independently on deck and take initiative in daily tasks
Supervise and support the Deck/Stew
Confidently operate and manage the tender
This is a hands-on role suited for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about classic yacht seamanship and presentation
