Burgess Recruitment is looking for a Captain for a 30m Classic Displacement Yacht

Salary: 9400 EUR
Leave: 90 days
Qualifications: Master 500
Requirements:
- Dynamic and motivated individual
- Either an experienced Captain or a Chief Officer stepping into their first Captain role
- Schengen Visa required
- Previous experience on similar sized yachts desirable
Other:
- Privately registered under CISR flag, transitioning to commercial registration for charter operations
- Twin Caterpillar engines
- Accommodates up to 9 guests in 4 cabins with 4 crew: Captain, Mate/Engineer, Stewardess, and Chef
- Program includes Mediterranean for summer 2025, Caribbean winter 2025/26, South Pacific summer 2026, Southeast Asia winter 2026/27, returning to the Mediterranean summer 2027
