75m Private Explorer M/Y seeking a Temporary Chief Officer to join the team from mid-June.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run, professional Explorer Yacht to cover leave. The successful candidate will work closely with the Second Officer to ensure the continued smooth operation of the deck department.
We are looking for a hands-on, reliable individual who can integrate quickly with the team and maintain high standards throughout the period.
The crew are all extremely fit and active and enjoy outdoor sports, so someone with similar interests would be preferred.
Job Title: Chief Officer (Temporary)
Contract: Temporary (18 June to early August – potential for extension)

Starting Date: 18 June 2025
Location: Fort Lauderdale
Cruising Itinerary: TBC
Required Certificates / Licenses / Visas:
- Chief Mate 3000 GT or equivalent
- B1/B2 visa (must be valid)
Required Experience:
- Ideally 1–2 years’ experience as Chief Officer on a similar-sized yacht
- Proven ability to step into an established team and maintain standards
Salary: DOE (To be confirmed based on experience and qualifications)
