Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Stewardess for a busy 35m charter motor yacht. The vessel has a full charter schedule, currently operating in the Mediterranean and crossing to the Caribbean and US for the winter season. This is a permanent role for a candidate with a strong charter background who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full interior operation and manage all interior crew
- Maintain high standards of guest service, housekeeping, and table service
- Coordinate with the Chef and Captain to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Provide warm, professional, and discreet service during busy charter rotations
- Manage inventories, provisioning, and budgeting for interior supplies
- Lead and train junior stews, ensuring attention to detail across all areas
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized charter yachts
- Proven track record of busy charter experience in the Med and Caribbean
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong silver service, housekeeping, and laundry skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
- Valid STCW, ENG1, and all necessary certificates for international travel
- B1/B2 visa is a MUST and/or valid Schengen visa
- Preferably European or South American nationals
