Summary
Position: First Mate on 31m Classic Motor Yacht
Program: Scandinavia until mid-July, followed by St. Tropez for the classic regatta circuit. During regattas, vessel serves as a support/hospitality vessel alongside the owner’s sailing yacht.
Guest Season finish in October and after base in Majorca for the winter.
Start date: ASAP
Qualifications Required:
• Yachtmaster Offshore (Commercially Endorsed)
• ECDIS Certification

Key Responsibilities:
• Run and maintain the yacht’s mini-ISM system
• Lead passage planning and navigational responsibilities
• Maintain the vessel in top aesthetic and operational condition
• Operate autonomously on deck; take initiative in daily operations
• Supervise and support the male deck/steward
• Confidently drive and manage the tender
