The vessel will be cruising Scandinavia until mid-July, followed by a return to St. Tropez to support the classic regatta circuit. During the regattas, she acts as a support/hospitality vessel alongside the owner’s sailing yacht. The guest season finishes on October 9th, after which the vessel will be based in Mallorca for winter works. They are looking for a solid experienced crew member who already has experience in the same role onboard a similar sized vessel. This is a hands-on role suited for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about classic yacht seamanship and presentation. Teamwork is essential, as support across departments is sometimes required. She is an old classic 1938 build, so the cabins are slightly smaller and crew need to understand this. The captain likes to do crew bonding as much as possible when guests are not onboard, so they are looking for someone who mixes well with all nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the yacht’s mini-ISM system • Lead passage planning and navigational duties • Maintain the vessel to high aesthetic and operational standards
• Operate independently on deck and take initiative in daily tasks • Supervise and support the male deck/steward • Confidently operate and manage the tender • Ensure consistent daily maintenance
