Summary

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Chef to join a busy private/charter 37-meter commercial yacht operating in the Mediterranean.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a yacht chef or in high-end hospitality
  • Ability to cater to various dietary preferences and high-end guest expectations
  • Creativity and flexibility in menu planning
  • Strong provisioning skills in Mediterranean ports
  • Good communication with crew and interior team
  • Ability to manage galley hygiene and HACCP standards

Responsibilities:

  • Daily preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for guests and crew (when required)
  • Preparing high-quality, well-presented dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Menu planning in collaboration with the captain and guests
  • Provisioning and galley inventory management
  • Maintaining galley cleanliness and food safety standards
