Summary
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Chef to join a busy private/charter 37-meter commercial yacht operating in the Mediterranean.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a yacht chef or in high-end hospitality
- Ability to cater to various dietary preferences and high-end guest expectations
- Creativity and flexibility in menu planning
- Strong provisioning skills in Mediterranean ports
- Good communication with crew and interior team
- Ability to manage galley hygiene and HACCP standards
Responsibilities:
- Daily preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for guests and crew (when required)
- Preparing high-quality, well-presented dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Menu planning in collaboration with the captain and guests
- Provisioning and galley inventory management
- Maintaining galley cleanliness and food safety standards
