What we're looking for:
Proven experience: One season or more as a Deckhand on 50m+ yachts is essential.
Service-minded: Ideally, you'll have some experience in service-oriented tasks on deck.
Team player: A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a large team are crucial.
Hands-on attitude: You're proactive, hardworking, and eager to get involved in all aspects of deck operations.
Passport requirements: For non-US/Canadian passport holders, a B1/B2 visa is required upfront due to the yacht's frequent movement in and out of US waters.
Gender-specific: Due to current cabin arrangements, we are currently seeking male candidates only.
Availability: You must be ready to join by June 2025, in the USA.
