Summary
A world cruising 45m Private Motor Yacht is looking for an adventurous First Mate to join their crew of 8. The vessel will be cruising the Bahamas and the Caribbean this season, with plans for a world cruising itinerary early next year. First Mate/ Chief Stew or Chef couples are welcome to apply.
Position: First Mate (Dive Master or Instructor)
Location: Florida
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications: STCW, Seafarers medical, Minimum of a Yachtmaster Offshore or equivalent, Dive master or above
Itinerary: USA > Bahamas > Caribbean > World Cruising
Salary: To be discussed upon interview, dependent on experience
Contract: Full-time/ Live aboard
Requirements:
2-5 years industry experience
Exceptional customer service
Sound Engineering knowledge
Strong maintenance, repairs, painting and carpentry skills experience
Proficient in navigation and watch keeping
Diving experience with a minimum of a Dive master
Fishing experience a bonus!
Great pathway for aspiring Captains wanting to gain some drive time.
Prior experience on a vessel of similar size
Outstanding references validating previous experience
