Job Title: Female Arabic-Speaking House / Palace Manager

Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Female only
- Language: Fluent Arabic (essential)
- Nationality Preference: Egyptian, Moroccan, Lebanese, or Eastern European candidates who are culturally aligned and can understand Saudi household dynamics
- Age Range: Preferably between 35–60 years old
- Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience managing large private residences or estates
- Ideally trained or with strong exposure to commercial-grade hospitality standards (e.g., luxury hotels, yachts, or high-end property management)
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing domestic staff, scheduling, inventory, and household budgets
- Cultural Sensitivity: Must be discreet, respectful, and able to adapt to a conservative yet high-standard household
Role Overview:
This is a hands-on House/Palace Manager position overseeing the operations and standards of a high-profile private residence in Saudi Arabia. The right candidate will work closely with senior family members, ensuring seamless service, managing a domestic team, handling vendor relationships, and overseeing inventory and household accounts.
The candidate will undergo a 2–3 month trial period in Europe, potentially alongside another shortlisted candidate in a shift-based system (e.g., 12 hours on/off rotation or assigned to separate properties—TBD).
Trial Period Details:
- Location: Europe (exact location to be determined)
- Structure: 2 selected candidates may either:
- Alternate 12-hour shifts in the same property, or
- Be placed in separate trial homes
- Duration: 2 to 3 months, leading to permanent placement upon satisfactory performance
