Position Snapshot

·        Joining in Papeete

·        Couple possibility with Stewardess

·        OOW minimum

·        Leading 3 X deck

A high profile 60m+ Private / Charter MY is on the search for a new 2^nd officer to join their professional program.

The 2^nd officer will lead a team of 3 X Deckhands across all deck operations, including exterior maintenance, docking, tender driving and water sports

Cruising South Pacific 2025, SE Asia and North Pacific 2026

The vessel would prefer a candidate with diving & fishing experience as opposed to other water sports, but generally a specialty would be well received

The Ideal Candidate

·        OOW Certificate

·        STCW, Seafarer Medical

·        Lead Deck time on superyachts 50m+

·        Watersport Experience (prefer Diving or Fishing)

·        Bridge watch time

·        Friendly leadership style

·        Open to Couples with stew

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Leave: Standard MLC (no rotation) possibility to increase with good performance 

Essential Qualifications

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
