Summary
Looking for a talented and motivated Sole Chef to join a 50-meter motor yacht currently in the Virgin Islands. The vessel is private/charter and will cruise the Caribbean till the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show in November.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about creating delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented meals
- Confident catering for 9 crew and up to 12 guests
- Comfortable working solo in the galley on a busy charter vessel
- Strong time management and provisioning skills
- Flexible, team-oriented, and professional attitude
Requirements:
- Valid B1/B2 visa or US passport
- Up-to-date STCW and ENG1
- Available to start within a few days to prepare for a week-long trip starting June 3rd
- Previous experience on similar-sized charter yachts preferred
Position Details:
- Permanent contract with 60 days leave annually
- Competitive salary DOE
