Job Description:
We are looking for a Chief Officer for this 35m Private MY. Right candidate is someone with previous experience on the same role, at least three/four seasons. Excellent tender driving skills, boat maintenance and products knowledge are essential.
We are looking for someone who is hands on, team player and always willing to deliver the best service.
Captain is looking for a someone that is able to make passage plans, with navigational experience, excellent knowledge of boat maintenance and cleanliness, know-how of FFE, LSA procedures, monthly deck budgeting and accounting.
Right candidate is capable of running the deck with deckhand. During the summer season Captain and Engineer assist on deck and water sport operations (mainly e-foils and SEABOBS).
Nice Owners - family boat. No late night parties.
Fluent English is a must (speaking ,reading ,writing)
TRUE No smokers (or vapers).
Total crew: 7 during summer season. 4 (Captain. First Mate, Engineer and Deckhand) during winter season.
Other: Male due to cabin arrangements.
Package: 45 days annual leave with flight + annual performance bonus + training budget for refreshers and certain courses.
