Position Overview
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Deckhand for a private motor yacht measuring over 50 meters. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for the yachting industry. This role is open to individuals with varying levels of deckhand experience....and especially those with a attitude or gratitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the yacht, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the deck and exterior areas.
- Support the crew in various tasks, including mooring and anchoring procedures.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance of the yacht’s equipment and machinery.
- Help with safety drills and emergency procedures as required.
- Engage with guests to enhance their experience and provide excellent service.
- Collaborate with the captain and other crew members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a deckhand is preferred, but not mandatory for junior positions.
- STCW certification and valid medical certificate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and guest needs.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role.
