Lead Deckhand in United States

Summary

We are looking for an Experienced deckhand/Lead Deckhand to join a dual season 65m+ private M/Y.

The vessel is currently in the U.S and will be cruising New England this summer followed by a Caribbean winter -

We are looking for someone who has been in the industry for at least 2+ years and who has experience and longevity

Qualifications/Experience

• ·        Yachtmaster Offshore
• ·        2 years in the industry minimum
• ·        Ideally at least 1 year on the same vessel
• ·        Solid tender driving experience
• ·        Must have B1/B2 and Schengen Visa in hand

Package:

• ·        Up to 4500 USD DOE
• ·        60 days leave
• ·        Yearly training allowance
• ·        Career progression and support

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
