Summary
We are looking for an experienced sailing first mate for a 40m private sailing yacht which is currently in the Med. They are starting their season within the next few weeks after a winter yard period in Spain.
The start date is ASAP.
The plan is to head to central America after the summer season and will be looking to cross over in November.
Great crew onboard, all experienced sailors who all get involved in each department to help when needed.
Open to male and female candidates
Qualifications/Experience:
· OOW 3000 in hand (Flag state requirements)
· Minimum of 3 – 4 years in the industry having worked on larger sail vessels
· Great leadership skills
· Looking for someone who can prove some longevity
Package:
· 6000 – 6500 EUR
· 4 – 6 weeks holiday DOE
