Yotspot is the industry leading jobs board specialising in the recruitment of crew for some of the worlds largest and most prestigious superyachts. Yotspot has an excellent reputation already, but you will be joining at an incredibly exciting time for the next stage of our business growth.
The role:
Joining our small but established Client Success team you’ll be a key support in optimising our customer experience at Yotspot, contributing to customer retention rates whilst maximising all inbound sales opportunities.
Whilst this role does not have sales targets, it would likely suit somebody with previous sales and/or recruitment experience who enjoys relationship building, rather than sales pressure.
As we are a small but agile team, this role will give you extensive autonomy and responsibility. We’re looking for a candidate who is confident to use their initiative and bring forward recommendations for continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid office/home based role (3 days in the office and 2 days working from home). There may also be occasional international travel involved.
Requirements and responsibilities:
- Maximise inbound sales opportunities and develop client relationships through liaising with our clients via phone, email and demo calls
- Supporting clients to optimise their use of the Yotspot platform - reviewing client accounts and activity, roles, user management and make recommendations for improvement
- Task and contact management - Using our CRM to track your activity and scheduling pipeline check ins for future
- Proactively identify client opportunities or growth areas and make recommendations back to the management team
- Assist in recovering failed payments, producing invoices and updating and tracking customer payment information
- Contributing to sales activity surrounding business trips, attending networking events where required and assisting our Marketing team in delivering events
Experience: (These are preferred and having all is not essential)
- Proven experience in a client facing role is essential. Previous sales and/or recruitment experience would be advantageous
- A high level of professionalism and awareness of brand representation
- Excellent networking and strong communication skills, with ability to build and maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Understanding of working within a fast paced environment with the ability to react well to change
- Innovative thinking and confidence to bring ideas to the table, challenge and be challenged
- High level of business administration and commercial thinking with the ability to “connect the dots”
- Knowledge or experience of the yachting industry and previous experience of using Hubspot would be useful but not essential
