Deckhand in Costa Rica

Summary

• Male (due to cabin arrangements)
• Minimum 2 years experience on mid/to larger vessels
• PWC License preferred
• Experience as tender driver (ideally on tenders up to 12m)
• Yacht Master power, commercially endorsed preferred
• Additional skills not essential but would stand them out above others – Medic, watersports experience.
• Salary €3000 - €3200 DOE. Will potentially consider more if they have additional experience or skills
• Leave – 65 days (each year onboard you get an additional 5 days leave until Max 85 days)
• 2 Return flights per year
• Performance based Payrise up to 5% annually
• 13th Month bonus
• B1-B2 visa in hand, vessel can assist with paperwork for right candidate.
• ENG-1 in date

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
