Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Tender Drivers / Skippers to join the dynamic crew a 70m motor yacht operating throughout the Mediterranean this season. This is a seasonal role offering the chance to work in a high-end, fast-paced yachting environment.
You will be responsible for the safe operation and upkeep of the yacht’s tenders, ensuring flawless guest transfers and assisting with a range of water-based and deck operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and navigate the yacht’s tenders for guest transfers, shore excursions, and water sports
- Maintain the tenders to the highest standard: fueling, cleaning, and routine checks
- Provide guest safety briefings and ensure an outstanding service experience during all tender runs
- Support the deck team with mooring, maintenance, and general duties as needed
- Maintain a strong safety culture, adhering to all maritime regulations and yacht protocols
- Work closely with crew members to ensure seamless onboard operations
Requirements
- STCW Basic Safety Training (valid)
- Yachtmaster 200GT or equivalent license
- 1–2 years’ experience operating tenders or small vessels, ideally on superyachts
- Confident seamanship, navigation, and tender-handling skills
- Familiarity with Mediterranean cruising areas and ports (preferred)
- Professional, guest-oriented demeanor with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus
- Valid ENG1 Medical Certificate or equivalent
