Summary
We are seeking a strong and ambitious 3rd Stewardess to join our dynamic interior team of five on a 60m dual season motor yacht following an exciting itinerary. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience, who is looking to grow into a Second Stew role in the near future. With the upcoming launch of a new 70m motor yacht next spring, there will be exciting opportunities for advancement and internal promotion within the program.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the Chief and Second Stew in mentoring and guiding the interior team.
- Confidently and independently lead breakfast service, assist with lunch or dinner service. Typically, silver, synchronized and butler service. (Comfortable if Chief Stew has to temporarily step away from service).
- Maintain meticulous cleanliness and organization across guest and crew areas. Lead housekeeping when both the Chief and 2nd Stew are occupied with service.
- Assist in fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development.
- Assist with interior inventory control, provisioning, and general administrative duties as delegated by the Chief Stew
