Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head of Service for a busy 100m+ yacht.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5 service stews
- Work with Hotel Managers to ensure exceptional guest service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Requirements:
- 3+ years in the industry, with 2+ years HOS experience on 100m+ yachts
- Confident with guests and able to manage crew relations
- Strong leadership, wine/cocktail knowledge, and mentoring ability
Qualifications:
- STCW, Seman’s Book, ENG1 Medical
- Crowd & Crisis Management, Food & Hygiene Level 2
Details:
- Start Date: End of June / Early July
- Salary: €6000/month
- Leave: 90 days/year (flexible)
