Summary
We are currently looking for a 2nd Steward/ess to join the crew of a newly refitted 50-meter private/charter motor yacht with a highly professional team on board.
The perfect candidate will bring previous experience as a 2nd Steward/ess on a similar-sized vessel, although we will also consider an experienced Stewards/ess ready to take the next step in their career. A minimum of three years of total yachting industry experience is essential for this role.
As this is a guest-facing position, you should be particularly confident in providing exceptional service. Proficiency in cocktails, wine service, barista skills, table decorations, table settings, and flower arranging is a must.
The owning family enjoys interacting with the crew, so this role would suit someone who is both sociable and consistently professional. While previous charter experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement.
This is anticipated to be a dual-season yacht, operating in both the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. With charters already booked for the upcoming summer season, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to dive into a busy charter program and make an immediate impact.
The position is scheduled to commence in early June in the Med.
