Summary
We are looking for a professional, positive and enthusiastic candidate who is able to run the hospitality experience of a well appointed 10 bedroomed property in the UK. There is an existing team of staff working permanently on the estate, including a chef, housekeepers, gardeners handymen and estate managers. The candidate would be required to co-ordinate and manage the team to deliver a superb, fun and enjoyable experience for the owners who come to their residence for 4-6 weeks in the Summer and want to enjoy a stress free time in their own home entertaining guests. The nature of the experience the principals seek involves welcoming and looking after the principal family and their guests, arranging casual dining and entertainment, fine dining and ‘experiences’ in the varied facilities of the premises, which include the extensive kitchen garden, boat house, tree house, pool, as well as in the castle itself.
The role will demanding but rewarding.
