Requirements: 

We are URGENTLY seeking an experienced Captain/Engineer for a 30m new build private MY.

The yacht is currently in the shipyard and expected to be delivered within the next couple of weeks, in time to begin her first season in the Mediterranean.

She will cruise the Med during the summer (Jun-Aug) with busy usage expected at full guest capacity, and will then relocate to the UAE for the winter (Sep-May), where she will be used for day trips during a less intense season.

New Owners: very pleasant and nice but also demanding.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience on similar-sized yachts, a track record of longevity, and prior involvement in new builds.

The Captain will be responsible for assembling and managing the remaining crew, which will be of mixed nationality.

Fluent English is essential, and any additional languages are considered a plus.

Salary range: €8000 + 60 days leave + Insurance (negotiable).

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA Master <200gt / OOW <500gt
