We're seeking a polished and experienced professional to join a high-performing team delivering VVIP-level service across multiple international residences for an UHNW family. Think luxury concierge, EA, and event planner — all in one.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, understands the nuances of elite service, and can effortlessly pivot between complex logistics, high-profile guests, and luxury event execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing and coordinating VVIP guest services across multiple global properties
- Liaising closely with on-site EAs, household managers, chefs, and event teams
- Planning and executing luxury events: from intimate dinners to celebrity-studded functions
- Managing travel logistics: flights, visas, transfers, special requests
- Acting as the go-to for exceptional, culturally sensitive guest experiences
We’re Looking For:
- A former Chief Stew / Purser with 5+ years on board high-end private or charter yachts
- Experience in shore-based luxury guest services, private households, or estates
- Impeccable organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, calm under pressure, and able to lead from the front
- Fluent in English; bonus for French, Italian, or Portuguese
- Schengen or B1/B2 visa preferred
- Cruise ship or event/hospitality background a plus
