- Experience in a similar role on motor yachts.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills (managing team of 3)

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.

- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Position Overview: 

Ideally, we are looking for a Chief Officer who will be able to take over command as well for the Captain when he is on leave. Shipay

.

Package: 5,000 EUR per month. Seasonal contract with possibility to become permanent with 42 days leave per year. Marshall Island flag.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• MCA CoC Master <500gt / Class 5
