Seeking a Mate with some bridge and navigational experience
Great Captain just joined the vessel and about to embark on an owner's trip for 2 weeks
This is a permanent position, and male or female candidates may apply. All candidates need to be currently based in the USA
Start: Immediately
Location: Fort Lauderdale - Bahamas summer/Caribbean winter/Med summer 2026
Package: $5,500, 38 Days Leave, Full Medical
Skills:
Minimum 1 year experience as a Mate or Lead Deckhand on larger vessels Or Bosun willing to step up to the Mate role.
Strong eye for detail and confident with lines and all docking procedures
Strong leadership and hands on experience with junior deck crew
Confident navigational experience a plus
Safe and competent tender driver
Qualifications:
STCW (Fully Updated)
Seafarer's Medical Certificate
YM Essential
Nav & Radar (a plus)
Valid B1/B2 Visa
Male candidates only for cabin arrangements
