Summary
We are currently recruiting a talented and experienced Sole Chef for a 45m Charter M/Y. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-run vessel with a fantastic crew and a busy summer ahead.
The yacht will be cruising the South of France and Italy this summer, with charters already booked and additional owner trips planned. The galley has recently undergone an extensive refit and is now equipped with modern appliances and walk-in fridges, providing an excellent working environment for a creative and organised chef. The owners have a preference for Mediterranean and international cuisine, they follow a gluten-free diet and value high-quality, fresh, and seasonal ingredients.
Proven experience on charter yachts is essential, with great references. Knowledge of French or Spanish would also be a big plus.
