Rotational Chief Engineer for a 45m Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking a capable and confident Chief Engineer for a 45m vessel. Must have excellent record-keeping ability and regulatory knowledge. A minimum Y3 license or equivalent is required.

We have a busy schedule and travel widely so excellent organisational, planning and resourcing skills are required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Y3 CoC or equivalent SV qualification
• At least 2 years working on similar size vessels
• Valid STCW, ENG1, PDSD and Schengen visa
• Strong mechanical, electrical, AV/IT and troubleshooting skills
• Proactive, organized, and team-oriented attitude

Package:

• Salary: Industry standard. TBD.
• Leave: 10 weeks on/off

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
