Lead Deckhand in United States

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Deckhand to join a 95m+ charter yacht starting early June 2025.

The vessel follows a busy itinerary with back to back bookings for 2025 and as such represents an opportunity to join a prestigious charter yacht which is in high demand.

Salary is TBD at interview - depending on experience and qualifications. The rotation is 2 on:1 off and crew receive an equal share of charter tips throughout the year.

MUST have longevity on an 80m+ [preferably charter]. MUST have B1B2 visa in hand. MUST have YMO or equivalent. MUST have large tender driving experience.

Open to Male / Female candidates that meet the above pre-requisites. Start date early June 2025.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)

Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
