Chief Officer position aboard Private 50m+ M/Y
This Sydney based yacht is seeking a well-rounded and knowledgeable Chief Officer to join their program. Live ashore or aboard options available.
Start Date: May 2025
Itinerary: Sydney Based
Package: Salary paid in AUD, plus Superannuation – 4 weeks leave and days in lieu

Experience and Attributes Required:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience on board 40m+ Yachts in similar role
• Excellent Bridge and Deck knowledge, with the ability to manage a team of 4
• Exceptional communication skills, both with the team and with Guest interaction
• Must be a hands on and a proactive Leader with great attention to detail
• Professional appearance at all times
Qualifications Required:
• Chief Mate Coc – or AMSA Master
• STCW BST (fully up-dated)
• Seafarer’s Medical Certificate (Minimum 6 months' validity)
• Clean Australian Drivers’ Licence
