Relief Chief Engineer in Turkey

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chief Engineer to join a 50m single season(Med based) private support yacht. The boat is an ex offshore support vessel converted to support yacht.

The boat is located in Turkey. But she may move to Europe. We need a Relief Chief Engineer who will cover Chief Engineer when he is off.

Ideal Candidate should be;

- 2-3 years experience in a chief engineer position on a similar size range yachts

- Experience with CAT engines

-       Hands-on

-       Fluent in English

QUALIFICATIONS:

-       Y3 CoC minimum

-       STCW

-       ENG1

PACKAGE:

                 Salary: 6000 Euro (Salary will be paid for on board time)

Contract: 9 weeks off 4 weeks on or 2 calendar months off 1 calendar months on.

Travel costs will be paid by the company.

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)

• STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• Drivers License

Engineering Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)

• RIII/3 Y3 Chief Engineer (<500gt <3000kW)/ Chief Engineer (SV) (<500gt 3000kW)
