Seeking a highly skilled, highly organised and motivated Chief Engineer to join a prestigious new build project.
Chief Engineer position
50+m private sailing yacht (under construction)
Starting ASAP in Italy
Minimum 5 years, mostly on large sailing yachts
Previous involvement in new builds and refits projects
Minimum qualification Y3 CoC and all required certificates in date
Must have strong technical understanding of design & development
Must be hands-on across yacht engineering systems
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential
The role is based full-time on-site in Italy during the construction phase
Post-delivery, the Chief Engineer will join the yacht for operational duties
Salary and employment conditions will be discussed with shortlisted candidates
