Light owner usage and an emphasis on quality, fresh crew meals. Opportunity to try new things, experiment with meals, and build more of a portfolio.
Owners preferences are for a Mediterranean/American style cuisine, and open to some flare and fusion where appropriate.
No dietary restrictions or allergies for owners or crew.
Detailed preferences can be shared during interview.
Meals can be planned last minute, so our ideal candidate must be flexible and prepared at all times.
All meals are served family style, and need to be ready promptly - doesn't suit a chef who prefers long, plated, multi-course menus.
Chef will have access to an agent for provisions at all times, though forward thinking and preparedness is a must.
We are open to someone looking to step up. Salary is DOE, payed monthly.
