Summary
I'm representing an UHNW family in Central London who are actively looking to hire a Head of Housekeeping for the primary family residence in Central London.
Please note that the desired candidate will have a Chief Steward/Stewardess background in luxury yachting. The family own several yachts and are looking to replicate the onboard levels of service in their family home. Therefore applicants without a background in yachting will not be considered at this time.
Working alongside the resident House Manager, you will
- Oversee the existing team of housekeepers
- Train and mentor service staff
- Assist in maintaining and running the household
- Helping occasionally with service
- Have sufficient understanding of cleaning products and there intended uses on expensive surfaces
The working schedule is 5/2 (5 working days / 2 off) which may differ from week to week. Working hours are 09:00 - 17:00
Accommodation is available if required; the family own a flat near the residence which is available for the Head of Housekeeping.
Salary bracket is £75-80,000 DOE with 60 days annual leave.
