Summary
We are seeking for our 27mt motor yacht, an experienced and highly professional Captain who also possesses strong hands-on engineering knowledge and skills.
This is a permanent, year-round position aboard a private yacht operating two distinct seasons: summer in the Mediterranean and winter in Dubai. The team will consist of three people.
You will be responsible for both the safe navigation and the technical management of the onboard systems, maintaining the vessel to impeccable standards while delivering top-tier service in a formal, respectful environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Proven experience as Captain on similar-sized yachts
- Valid STCW BST, ENG1, and Yacht Master license
- Strong hands-on engineering knowledge (AEC or equivalent preferred)
- Valid travel documents for Europe
- Verified references with demonstrated experience in providing refined and professional service.
- Leadership, discretion, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
