  2022 -2023 Refit – New or upgraded Systems, Engine Room & ECR freshly painted

·       Dometic HVAC System

·       MTU 4000 Series (Fully up to date serviced)

·       Northern Lights 65kW Generators x 2 (Fully up to date serviced)

·       Headhunter HMX Blackwater Sewage Treatment Plant

·       Voluntary ISM – No Management

·       AEC Min (+ Safety Certs.) – Fully Private

B1/B2 Visa or US citizen or Green Card
