A 45m Private Motor Yacht is looking for an Engineer + Chief Stew Couple.
Position: Engineer & Chief Stew Couple
Location: Caribbean
Start Date: June 1st 2025
Qualifications:
Engineer: Y3 or equivalent, STCW, Seafarers Medical
Chief Stew: STCW, Seafarers Medical, Food Hygiene Certificate
Itinerary: Caribbean until mid-September, Ft Lauderdale yard period from October, followed by Panama & Costa Rica in 2026
Salary: $10,000USD p/m & $7,000USD p/m DOE
Contract: Full-time/ Live aboard, 90 Days leave per year
Extra Skills: The Owner likes marlin fishing (lots of fishing), diving and watersports - any extra skills are highly advantageous.
Requirements:
- Practical and hands-on knowledge of all yacht systems (Engineer)
- Experience with MTU Engines & Northern Lights Generators (Engineer)
- Proficient in all aspects of interior, service and management (Chief Stew)
- Exceptional customer service
- Hardworking, adaptable, and a strong team player
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Friendly, professional, and flexible approach
- Solid references supporting prior experience
