Summary
We are looking for a Chief Stewardess, with proven experience on similar sized vessels to head up our interior department.
You interior department consist of 5 girls including yourself and the vessel runs with 17 Crew when fully crewed.
We have just finished a trip cruising Madagascar and will be cruising up North to explore Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines - an amazing itinerary off the beaten track.

You'll be responsible for
- managing an interior team of 5
- hiring and training junior stews in all aspects of the interior if necessary
- managing crew rota's & cleaning schedules
- conducting regular briefings & performance reviews
- Overseeing & insuring seamless 5 star guest experiences
- Ability to co- ordinate well with other departments in order to ensure satisfactory guest experiences
- Maintaining impeccable standards in Guest and Crew area's
- Managing all inventories
- Managing owners Wardrobe inventories
- Tracking inventories
- Managing provisions for crew & guests
- Maintaining the interior budget
- You'll be the primary point of contact for guests regarding all interior matters
- Ensure guest preferences are met
You'll ideally have strong leadership skills paired with a high level service background. You'll also have impeccable organisational and multitasking skills.
Package is 60 days leave and salary to be discussed in interview.
