Faststream Yacht Crew is excited to present the opportunity for a seasoned Lead Deckhand to join a highly desirable 40m+ motor yacht, operating on a year-round program with a unique itinerary.
This opportunity is tailored for a Lead Deckhand with 2+ years’ experience in the industry, ready to take on their next career challenge.
To be considered, you must hold the following:
- Valid STCW documentation and seagoing medical
- Yachtmaster
- 1–2 years’ experience
- Availability to start immediately
In return, the vessel offers:
- €3,500–€4,000 DOE
- 38 days leave + discretionary leave
- Dedicated training leave and training budget
- 13th month bonus and annual salary reviews
In addition to the highly coveted package, the successful candidate will be joining a fantastic crew with a great team dynamic.
