We're seeking an experienced and professional 200-ton Captain for a 110 foreign-flagged private motor yacht. This vessel runs with a crew of four. Northeast in the summer and winters in South Florida/ Bahamas.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a valid 200-ton license (USCG or MCA equivalent accepted)
- Strong navigational and operational skills in both U.S. and Bahamian waters
- Previous experience running similar-sized vessels with crew operations
- Confident leading a small team and creating a positive onboard culture
- Professional, hands-on, and guest-service oriented
Responsibilities Include:
- Safe operation and navigation of the yacht
- Oversight of all maintenance and mechanical schedules
- Managing crew and ensuring a high standard of service and safety
- Working closely with the owner on itinerary planning and preferences
