Summary

Looking for a Temp 2nd officer to relieve current 2nd going on leave for 2 Months.

  • Position will be 70% Deck and 30% Bridge orientated. Working closely with the bosun and Chief Officer in both areas.
  • Require someone to adapt and learn quickly as this opportunity will be during the high time in the Med Season.
  • Candidate needs to be comfortable to hold a bridge watch, 1 Monthly and weekly Safety checks.
  • Candidate needs to be neat and tidy. Male due to cabin arrangements. No Long hair or untidy beards.

  • Schengen (or EU Resident)

Essential Qualifications

Entry Level Qualifications (or equivalent)
  • STCW 95 (STCW 2010)
  • ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
Master/Skipper Qualifications (or Merchant, USCG & AMSA equivalent)
  • MCA CoC Officer of the Watch <3000gt
RYA/MCA Deck Modules (OR Short Courses & equivalent)
  • Navigation & Radar (OOW Yachts)
  • General Ship Knowledge (OOW Yachts)
Instructor Qualifications
  • RYA PWC Instructor (jetski etc)
