ROTATIONAL PURSER | 70m PRIVATE/CHARTER MOTOR YACHT
Overview:
- 70m private and charter motor yacht with a busy cruising program
- Rotational 2:2 Purser role
- Start Date: Mid to end of May
- Med and Caribbean itinerary
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HODs on purchasing, invoicing, and delivery of stores and services
- Administration, accounting, and petty cash management
- Crew administration including payroll, procurement, shipments, salary reporting, budgets, and leave accounts
- Planning of crew changes: flights, visas, airport transfers
- Preparation of all port call paperwork and direct liaison with port agents
- Advanced planning for owner and guest trips alongside the team
- Produce guest itineraries in collaboration with the Captain
- Additional duties as directed by the Captain
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Purser (or Chief Stew/Purser with strong Purser duties)
- Purser certificate preferred
- Strong background in administration and accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Easy-going, flexible, motivated, and a good team player
- B1/B2 visa ideally in hand
