***Experienced 2nd Stewardess required for 78m New Build Project***
Exciting opportunity for an experienced 2nd Stewardess on a 78m New Build yacht with heavy dual season charter usage and light private use once operational. The vessel is now nearing the final stages of the build so we need someone who can come hit the ground running once deliveries start arriving and set up the Interior.
We're looking for someone confident in leading a team, with strong service skills and also flexible and willing to assist with both laundry and housekeeping as needed. A key part of the role involves supporting training alongside the rotational Chief Stewardesses so a team-oriented mindset is essential!
As Second Stewardess, you will act as the Chief Stew's right-hand woman, stepping up when the CS is off the vessel with guests (for any reason) or on break.
Ideally, we're after someone who’s happy to take on responsibility and lead by example—without needing to be the centre of attention. Attitude, honesty, and a drama-free approach are everything to us, and we want that energy to flow through the team. The multinational Interior team runs with a team of 7, and the four juniors rotate through Interior equally on- and off charter.
Computer literacy is important—especially with Excel—and any design or presentation experience (such as Canva) would be a great bonus. Needless to say, new build experience is a big plus.
This is a 60-day leave allowance role to start, changing to 4:2 after a successful probationary period and with salary DOE.
