Summary
We are looking for an Experienced Chef to join a private 30m M/Y.
This will be a single season programme based in the Med. Quiet family not huge party people. They prefer Mediterranean style cooking and you will be cooking for up to 9 guests maximum this isn’t often.
Ideally 2 years’ experience in the industry as will need to have experience with provisioning and dealing with local suppliers.
This can be a seasonal position or full time. If you have additional skills for eg. Yoga Instructor, personal trainer this would be advantageous.
Qualifications/Experience
· Level 2 Food hygiene
· Chef certification
· 2+ years experience as a sole chef on a similar size vessel
· Confident cooking for guests
· Be able to manage inventories, provisioning and ordering
· some interior knowledge as you will likely assist occasionally

· Leave: 38 days (more available in off season)
